Background information regarding fees and levies

Accounts are sent home each term.  Payments can be made by cash, cheque, direct debit or by internet banking (contact school office for details).  Families may also choose to pay the total amount for the year up front.

By way of supporting a child centred, play based approach to early childhood learning, there is a $500 Prep/Year 1 Levy per family per year for those with children in Year 1 and Prep. The revenue raised provides additional resources and staffing.

The Capital Levy component is a compulsory levy. This levy helps us meet our building loan commitments.

The Information, Communication and Learning Technologies Levy helps to support our focus on student learning through a flexible and innovative approach. This levy supports the maintenance and renewal of infrastructure, hardware and software.

The Library Fund Contribution of $100 per family per year is fully tax deductible. Families are welcome and encouraged to pay more and we will adjust your tax deduction statement accordingly.

Also included in the first term fees are the additional school supplied items from your child’s booklist. These items; school diary & music book, are not standard items supplied by the book company. The school purchases these items and passes this amount on to you at cost.

In 2017 the camp fee of $400 per student will be charged to the students in Years 5 & 6 (local camp).  If the total cost is more or less than the final amount charged then the term 4 camp fee will be adjusted.
