Background information regarding fees and levies
Accounts are sent home each term. Payments can be made by
BPOINT, cash, cheque or direct debit. Families may also choose to pay the total amount for the year up front.
To assist with the central administration of Brisbane Catholic
Education there is an Archdiocesan Education Levy which is a charge on
schools based on the number of families.
This levy is paid from your tuition fees. |
By way of supporting a child centred, play based approach to
early childhood learning, there is a $225 Prep/Year 1 Levy per family
per year for those with children in Year 1 and Prep. The revenue
raised provides additional resources and staffing. |
The Capital Levy component of $550 is a
compulsory levy. This levy helps us meet our building loan
commitments. |
Technology - 1:1 iPad and Laptop - TheTechnology Levy component
of $200 per student provides every student with the use of an ICT device
(iPad or Laptop) and also supports the ongoing upgrade and maintenance of ICT
infrastructure school wide. |
The Library Fund Contribution of $100 per family per year is
fully tax deductible. Families are
welcome and encouraged to pay more and we will adjust your tax deduction
statement accordingly. |
This year Year 4 and Year 5 will 3day/2night camp at Luther
Heights Coolum, and Year 6 will attend the Canberra Trip, dates and fees are
to be confirmed.
