At St Sebastian’s, school fees and levies help support quality teaching and learning, contemporary resources and the opportunities available to students throughout the school year.

Fees & Levies Explained
School fee accounts are emailed to account holders, usually within the first two weeks of each term. Fees are due two weeks after the account issue date. Payments can be made via direct debit (preferred), BPoint or cash, with families also welcome to pay the full year’s fees in advance.
The Archdiocesan Education Levy supports the central administration and services provided by Brisbane Catholic Education. This levy is paid from tuition fees.
The Early Years Levy supports our child-centred, play-based approach to early childhood learning by providing additional resources and staffing.
The Capital Levy is a compulsory levy that contributes towards building loan commitments and the ongoing development of school facilities.
The Technology Levy supports access to student devices, digital learning resources and the ongoing upgrade and maintenance of ICT infrastructure across the school.
The Library Fund is a fully tax-deductible donation that supports the purchase of new resources for the library. A tax statement is issued each July for the previous financial year.
Students in Years 4, 5 and 6 are expected to attend camp as part of the curriculum. Camp fees are usually charged during the term of the camp.
