Class Representatives

 

 

This voluntary role is important at it provides a key link between the P&F, parents of students in the class and teachers. The responsibilities of each Class Representative include the following:

• Compiling and updating contact lists for the parents in the class and teachers;
• Encouraging social activities so that parents in the class have an opportunity to get to know each other better eg after school park play date, coffee morning for Mums;
• Attending P& F meetings (as many as possible but at least 1 a term), and
• Assisting the P&F with developing and co-ordinating fundraising activities for the school. This may include taking responsibility for arranging for the class parents to assist with fundraising activities or making arrangements for class parents to attend a particular event.
